After the festive season it can be hard to kick back into action. The grey & cold weather does not really motivate you to leave the house and do sports, it is easy to curl up on the sofa under a comfy blanket and hide until better weather may come about.
To beat this feeling and get you back into your normal routine, we have created - with the help of fitness expert Claire Steels - our Kickstart Retreat.
During this week, closely guided by Claire, we get your blood flowing, your muscles pumping and your stomach filled with clean and healthy food. There will be group discussions and 1-2-1's to get you ready to continue the good work at home. Suitable to all levels of fitness.
